Longhouse Chief
Chief executive officer of the Longhouse and conducts all Longhouse meetings. He also has the responsibility for seeing that all events and activities are organized and is in charge of overall programming. He serves as the official representative of the group, and works to develop and expand the program. The Longhouse Chief also conducts all Longhouse ceremonies.

Assistant Longhouse Chief
Acts as Longhouse Chief when the Longhouse Chief is absent, and serves as the primary public relations officer. He assists with the Longhouise chief's duites and provides insights and ideas to benefit the Longhouse.

Sachem
Is the past Longhouse Chief and serves as an advisor to the current Longhouse Officers.

Fire Nation Chief
Nation Chiefs are responsible for recruiting within their geographical area. They assist new tribes getting started and represent their area at the Longhouse meetings. They also organize and oversee all nation events, and they facilitate communications (via phone and email) within their nations.

Earth Nation Chief
Nation Chiefs are responsible for recruiting within their geographical area. They assist new tribes getting started and represent their area at the Longhouse meetings. They also organize and oversee all nation events, and they facilitate communications (via phone and email) within their nations.

Sun Nation Chief
Nation Chiefs are responsible for recruiting within their geographical area. They assist new tribes getting started and represent their area at the Longhouse meetings. They also organize and oversee all nation events, and they facilitate communications (via phone and email) within their nations.

Sky Nation Chief
Nation Chiefs are responsible for recruiting within their geographical area. They assist new tribes getting started and represent their area at the Longhouse meetings. They also organize and oversee all nation events, and they facilitate communications (via phone and email) within their nations.

Medicine Man
The Medicine Man organizes, arranges and implements the groups campouts. Duties include signing the Longhouse up for campouts well in advance, communicating with camp directors about campout details, being the master of ceremonies during the campouts, collecting campout fees, and tracking campout expenses. The Longhouse pays for the Medicine Man's attendance at all campouts.

Assistant Medicine Man
Provides valuable assistance to the Medicine Man in the duties described above.

T-shirt Chief
Manages the process of selling T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and other items bearing the name of the group. Tracks income and expenses for above items, and makes those items available to the group at numerous events throughout the year.

Assist the T-shirt Chief.

Awards Chief
Administers the Feather and Awards programs, and is responsible for maintaining an inventory of all awards, feathers and patches. Makes those items available to members at each event, and tracks expenses and income for these items.

Thundermaker
Managed the setup, implementation and acquisition of the Longhouse sound system, and assists with campout sound and campfire preparations.

Assistant Thundermaker
Assists the Thundermaker in the above activities.

Wampum Bearer
Collects and accounts for all monies due the Longhouse as well as all receipts or disbursements, and is authorized to incur and pay Longhouse bills.

Information Chief
Collects detailed records and files making the information available to any tribes who may require it. This chief maintains the group's web site and coordinates the monthly newsletter. The info chief administers and collects registration forms at the recruiting ralley and sorts new members into various tribes.

Assistant Information Chief
Assist the Information Chief in the above duties.

Smoke Signals Editor
Gathers news and information to print in the “Smoke Signals,” the Longhouse newsletter. He is also responsible for writing this publication and seeing to it that it is mailed out in a timely fashion.

Fundraising Chief
Coordinate and implement the Annual Longhouse fundraising event.

Fire Maker
Oversee and coordinate the safe consturction and implementation of the Longhouse camp fires and fireworks displays.

Storyteller
Reasearch and present traditional Native American stories for the group.

Property Chief
Organize, store and distribute Longhouse equipment and supplies to members sponsoring Longhouse events. Maintain Longhouse equipment in working order, requesting financing at Longhouse meetings when necessary.
