Native Sons/Native Daughters Program
Annual membership dues are $60 per family for the Native Sons & Daughter Program.
$25 per family for PATHFINDER Only program.

Families will have 3 choices when it comes to renewing:

1. Go to CVNSND.org register electronically and pay via Credit Card.
   Please note, there is a $2.00 service charge on top of dues to cover electronic processing cost.
   Total cost $62.00
2. Go to CVNSND.org, register electronically and mail your check to the address listed below.
   Total cost $60.00 (plus the cost of an envelope and stamp)
3. Complete the paper registration form, attach your payment and mail to the address listed below.
   Total cost $60.00 (plus the cost of an envelope and stamp)

Registration & Renewals are due to the Wampum bearer by October 14th 2011.

If a family does not renew by this date, the membership dues MAY increase $5.00.
Late renewals will be reviewed by the Longhouse to determine what is appropriate. Registration online would still be subject to the $2.00 electronic processing fee. Regardless of how you register or renew,
YOU must complete all requested information.
If a Member's registration information is incomplete, so too is their insurance coverage at all Longhouse and Tribal events
