Independence Civic Center
The time is fast approaching for one of the most popular events of the year, the CVNSND Late Nighter, sponsored by the Mighty Arapaho and Cheyenne tribes.
It will take place at the Independence Civic Center on Saturday, February 11th from 7:30 pm. to 11:30 pm.
Scheduled activities include use of the indoor pool, playing games in open gym, inflatables, crafts and a fun magic show to end the evening. The food menu will include pizza, chicken nuggets, snacks, drinks and many dessert choices.
Dads won’t have to worry about their getting their daughters ready to swim, because we plan on having some of our Pathfinder girls in attendance to help out in the girl’s locker room.
This year we will have a smaller raffle consisting of prize baskets donated by all of the Longhouse tribes. Five tickets will be included with your admission, but we will have additional tickets available for sale.
On hand will be Pine Car Derby kits and CVNSND apparel for purchase. Our Awards Chief will also have patches from past events for sale in case you missed an event or have a vacant spot on your vest.
Admission is $10 with a canned food donation for the local Food Bank, and there is no additional cost for dads bringing in more than one son or daughter.
